    Minimum 2 years Call Centre experience preferably in a Collections Industry.

    Matric qualification

    Excellent Listening and verbal communication skills.

    Strong communication and written skills (negotiation and objection handling)

    Computer Literate

    Results driven, thrives under pressure and a positive mind set
